Estimates & PricingWe believe in transparency.A service call/diagnostic fee covers travel and professional evaluation.After diagnosis, we provide a clear repair quote before any work begins.No repair work is performed without your approval.In some cases, hidden damage or additional issues may only become visible during repair. If that happens, we will discuss updated options with you before proceeding.3. PaymentPayment is due at the time service is completed unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash and all major credit cards.4. Access & SafetyCustomers agree to provide safe access to the appliance. For everyone’s safety, we may decline service if conditions are hazardous.5. Warranty Policy
We stand behind our workmanship.Labor WarrantyWe provide a 90-day labor warranty from the date of service. If the same issue recurs due to our workmanship within that time, we will return and address it at no additional labor charge.Parts WarrantyReplacement parts are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Coverage terms vary by manufacturer.Warranty ExclusionsOur warranty does not cover:
- New or unrelated appliance failures
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation
- Power surges or electrical supply problems
- Water damage from plumbing issues
- Repairs performed by another company after our serviceWarranty applies only to the original service address and customer.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We respect your time and ask the same in return.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment incur no fee.
- Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of $25.
- If a technician has arrived and diagnosis has begun, the service call fee is non-refundable.
- Refund requests are reviewed fairly and issued when service was not performed as agreed.Our goal is always a satisfied customer.
